Details: All wells come with dry-stack rock appearance and two shades of gray to enhance appearance. The ladder is installed on the right side of the well and may be moved to the other side upon request only. Install requires crane truck with minimum distance to window of 18ft. Our crane trucks require access without any obstacles to the path of well install. In the event that the product can’t be installed, wall anchors will be installed and the product left onsite. The best success rate on installations is coordinating install on day of foundation backfill.
